One such demand was the increased need of fluent Arabic speakers. Now four years after the attack the US is lacking Arabic speakers, and a huge demand has risen. Statistics show that after 9/11 many Arabic speakers were hired in government intelligence, and security agencies. However many more translator are still needed.

The cage has found much critical acclaim:
"I used to have to resort to using physical violence in order to get my 4 year old to listen to me, but now whenever he is acting up I just put him in his cage for a few days."
The BIGGEST LIE that has ever been told
Submitted by Twinkie on Tue, 2005-10-04 21:40. community | culture | emergenceThink about your family background and origin. Let's say you are the only one who does not "fit" in the family because of your skin color or hair. All the family members do "fit" but not you. When you are born with that, according to your mother and the doctors, it was because of a skin disease called melanism. You are the only balck person in the white family.
I was reading the newspaper article about a lie that had shattered one person's identity over twenty-six years. Dave Myers's story was rather captivating. The secret of a mother almost ruined and damaged her son's life. However, Dave made it thorugh and now he is very enthusiastic about sharing his story and discussing about the race.
Steve lives!
Submitted by Whimsical Monkey on Fri, 2005-09-23 15:56. culture | emergence | musicWell, it just goes to show that we all need to double-check those tidbits of information that we hear about over the watercooler. You see, Steve Burns is alive! I was recently told by a large group of bloggers that Steve from "Blues Clues" had died. I was shocked. "Don't tell my daughter," I said. Well, according to Steve, he isn't dead at all. And his mother is glad to hear that too!
Forget it.

I got my little red glow stick out of my freezer tonight.
It's beautiful.
