Which is better: healthy or fast?

For some people it has always been hard to stay on the track of healthy way of eating. It is not rare nowadays to hear people say that they would like to eat healthy food but they do not really have time to cook. And we know that for a good meal to taste good one has to spent a lot of time cooking it (or maybe you can go to expensive restaurant, which does not happen everyday to most people). So we just end up cooking something fast or getting out of the freezer something frozen and putting it into the microwave.
There has been a lot of blogging going on about the advantages and disadvantages of fast and frozen food. A lot of people prefer fast food, something like Sub or a salad from McDonalds. Well, at least there are fresh vegetables... But with frozen dinners you get sodium.
Other bloggers have been talking about their concerns of gaining wait. There is a post that gives helpful tips to people how to stay fit and healthy when they are "Eating on the Run".
So, basicly, eating fast food is not as much time-consuming and sometimes even tastes good. But fast food has its own disadvantages. And making a choice depend on each persons interests, will power, free time, tastes and other factors. It is hard to stay fit and healthy when you have many things to do.

One for Fast!

For me, I cannot keep track of my diet. I am not a person that counts every calories of food I consume or eat healty for the sake of it. People tend to be busy when they work or study, so that's why the fast food came out in the market and it expanded through years now. I would like to eat fast food if I have to, but I know there would not be any benefits from it. Like the movie Supersize Me, it tried to warn people the dangerous side of fast food. However, people would not eat fast food for a whole month. Everyone will, at least, try to exercise and try to eat healty if possible.

Well, for student who live in campus, we have such a nice dinning hall that supplies not only GREAT but fresh foods. So if any one needs to eat healty, try to go for salad bars or exercise in the gym.

Fast food is tempting but

Fast food is tempting but healthier food can save some time I guess from going to the gym and working out longer. Ideally, everyone wants to eat healthy but especially being away from home and only being able to get foods certain hours of the day I found it difficult to eat healthy.
As for people who leave early morning and come home very late, and are drained of energy their only option is to eat fast or frozen foods but spending time on cooking to me is worthwhile even if that means compromising time that could be spent doing other things.
